Smart Forum du groupe Hellowork souhaite refondre la plateforme de recherche d'emploi qu'elle offre aux collectivités et organismes publics. Elle comptabilise une centaine de collectivités dont Emploi Paris, Nice ou encore Rennes. La méthodologie a été la suivante :
un audit UX de l'actuelle plateforme et du back office
un atelier sur les besoins qui a abouti à une proposition structurelle et fonctionnelle de la plateforme via des wireframes
le design des interfaces en marque blanche, capables de répondre aux besoins des collectivités. Deux orientations ont été proposé : un template orienté emploi et un template orienté territoire.
une prise en main facilité du back office par l'admin. Le choix du template, de la police parmi celles proposées et la sélection de deux couleurs suffisent à générer les teintes associées et ainsi, à créer une plateforme personnalisée.
Projet conduit au sein de l'atelier LOUIS ZERO à Paris, livré en septembre 2022.
Smart Forum offers a job research platform to its clients that needed a revamp and a better user experience. Their clients are local territories across France. We covered:
an UX audit of the current platform and back office
collected the needs that led to a structural and functional proposal for the platform through wireframes
the design of the templates had to meet their clients requirements. Two orientations were offered: an employment oriented and a template showcasing the territory.
an easy handling of the back office by the admin. The choice of the template, the font and the selection of two colours are enough to generate the associated colours and thus to create a personalised platform.
